Gary E. Hinck

Gary E. Hinck is an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney who has helped thousands of clients through the Bankruptcy process. Gary only represents Debtors and never represents Creditors.

Gary is a Graduate of Washburn University with a Bachelors degree in Communications and Political Science. Gary Graduated Washburn University School of Law in 1997. Prior to, and during college Gary worked as a radio and television reporter as well as ran his own businesses.

Gary is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and member and past president of the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council.

Gary is a native Kansan who has been an attorney for two decades, his prior experiences give him the knowledge a good bankruptcy attorney needs to be familiar with many areas of law. Don’t trust your financial future to a new attorney or someone who doesn’t focus exclusively on Debtors in Bankruptcy.

Shaun M. Gardner

Shaun M. Gardner practices bankruptcy and family law. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, as well as in Sociology, from Fort Hays State University, with a certificate in Human Relations in 2002. She received her Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2005, including a certificate in Family Law.

Shaun has practiced with Gary E. Hinck, P.A. since obtaining her JD, except a stint in 2011 as a director and special assistant for the State of Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation
Services (now Department of Children and Families).

Shaun is a member of the Topeka Bar Association, the Family Law Committee and the Topeka Area Bankruptcy Council and also served eleven years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in need of care, in custody of the State.

She enjoys working with individual clients and seeing them grow through their case and experiences to ultimately see a better outcome.
